INGRAM, VERNA EVELYN The death of Verna Evelyn (Piercy) Ingram of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late John Ingram occurred on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born in Geary, NB, daughter of the late James and Theresa (Howe) Piercy. Verna was a retired Chef having served over 20 years at C.F.B. Gagetown. Verna is survived by her one daughter Theresa Smith; and her husband Larry of Geary, NB; one sister, Helen Carr of Burton, NB and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband John and one sister, Hazel Harris. The family will receive visitors at The Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home, 108 Winnebago Street on Thursday, July 24th, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Friday, July 25th, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Barry Vernon officiating. Interment will take place in the Spurden Carr Cemetery.
