SPINNEY, ROBERT EDWARD On July 27, 2008 Robert Edward Spinney of Lincoln passed away at the age of 58. Born in Woodstock, NB he was a son of the late Robert and Louise (Dougherty) Spinney. Bob was employed as a carpenter by trade. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty"; children, Shane of Fredericton, Ellen (Dale) Bishop of Noonan; two grandchildren, Calista and Rebecca Bishop; two brothers, Hudson Spinney (Patty) of Fredericton, Gordon Williams (Eva) of Renfrew, ON; five sisters, Sandra Bradstreet of Bath, NB, Bonita Carpenter (Raymond) of Fredericton, Joan Yemen (Doug) of Sackville, NS, Vida MacLean (Doug) of Ottawa; Elaine Hoyt (Fred) of Fredericton; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by an infant son; four sisters, Doreen, Linda, Marguerite and Arlene; one brother, Charles. The family will receive friends at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton on Wednesday July 30, 2008 from 7 to 9 pm. A graveside interment will be held on Thursday July 31, 2008 at 11:30 am in the Kirkland Cemetery.
