Art Kozack born October 16, 1933 in Kayville, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully January 21, 2009. Dad loved talking about the C.F.L. and Junior Hockey. Though he could not make it to games anymore, he always listened. Art is remembered by son, Bruce (Corinne) - Moose Jaw, Abbie - Toronto, and grandkids: Tearsa and Jacob, who he adored. He will also be missed by his brothers and sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all the nurses on the Medicine Ward at Moose Jaw Union Hospital. Jones & Son Family Centre, 262 Athabasca St. E., Moose Jaw on Saturday, January 24, 2009 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm, with a tribute to Art's life to be presented at 3 pm by Pastor Dave Moore.
