REID, ELVA ROBERT Elva Robert Reid, passed away on August 20, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on June 3, 1932 in Holtville, NB. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Glendeen; son, John Reid (Susan); daughters, Yvonne Munn (Charlie), Darlene Russell (Ron) and Debbie Berryman (Bob); 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; sisters, Noel Moore (Ernie), Grace Donally (Vaughn); brother, Fred Reid (Kay). Predeceased by his mother, Anna Fairley; father, Jack Reid; sons, Tony and Carmen; infant children, James and Patsy; brothers, Owen and Carl; sisters, Rita, Dianna and Clara. Visitation will take place at Nashwaak Valley Pentecostal Church on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at the church on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 2 pm with Pastor Mike Trail. Pallbearers for the service will be Bob Reid, Jeff Munn, Greg Berryman, Adam Martin, Willie Reid and Brandon Reid. Interment will take place in Cameron Hill Cemetery, Holtville, NB.
