Frances Mildred (nee Mokry) in the early morning of January 25, 2009, left us to be with her cherished husband of 54 years, Charles. Predeceased by her parents Valentine and Mary, she leaves behind to celebrate her life her three daughters Sharon (Randy), June (Willie) and Brenda (Guy) as well as her grandchildren Mackenzie, Corey, Kyllo, Jamie, Keaton, Trent, Tarren, Brett, Jonathan and Rodger. Frances was born July 6, 1931 and grew up in St. Boswells, Saskatchewan. In 1953, she married Charles and together they settled in Keystown, Saskatchewan, where she and Charles became fixtures of the community and raised their loving family. For Frances, nothing was more important than her family and she was very proud of their many accomplishments. On the farm and later in Regina, she looked forward to every moment spent visiting with family and friends. Frances worked for many years in care homes, for Canada Post and the Government of Saskatchewan but she was never happier than when she was in her garden or her kitchen, where in her hands the garden's bounty was transformed into good old fashioned food filled with love. At her request, a private family service will be held and those so wishing may make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan.
