KELLY, PHYLLIS MARGUERITE At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 Phyllis M. Kelly of Longs Creek, NB passed away at the age of 82. Born in Kingsclear, NB, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Agnes (Trail) Kilburn and wife of the late Bert Kelly. Phyllis loved quilting, knitting, baking, gardening, reading, bird watching, playing games, dogs and cats. She especially loved spending time with her friends and family. Phyllis was a Christian woman who spent a lot of time active in her church, the 2nd Kingsclear Baptist Church. She was a member of the Women's Missionary Service and a past president of the Prince William Cemetery. She also spent time working with the Fredericton Food Bank and the Fredericton Community Kitchen. Survived by her sons, Tim (Vicki) of Hanwell, Russell (Nelda) and Roger (Sherry), all of Longs Creek; daughters, Lydia Harris (Wayne) of Fredericton, Judy King (Eugene) of Longs Creek, Joanie (Maggie) of Lincoln; 22 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; a sister Christine Jordan of Fredericton; sister-in-law Cicely Kilburn; brother-in-law Don Dorcas; several nieces and nephews and cousins. Also predeceased by sons Paul and Curtis, grandson Darren Kelly; granddaughter Somer Joy Kelly; sister-in-law Violet Kitchen. The family will receive friends at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the 2nd Kingsclear Baptist Church on Saturday September 13, 2008 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jim Cowan officiating. Interment will be held at the Prince William Cemetery.
