CAMERON, MARJORIE GRANT (ALLEN) The passing of Marjorie Grant (Allen) Cameron, of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Douglas Cameron occurred on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 7, 1917 in St. Stephen, NB she was a daughter of the late Murray and Leila S. (Grant) Allen. Marjorie worked at Laughlin Drugs as a receptionist and secretary for several years. She was also a member of Gibson Memorial United Church. Marjorie is survived by two children, Judy Sullivan (Bob Murchland) and Tony Cameron (Denise Legere) both of Fredericton, NB; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Cliffe of St. Stephen, NB and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Marjorie was predeceased by one sister, Jewel Beckett; one brother, Grant Allen. There will be no visitation or funeral by request. Interment will take place in the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, St. Stephen, NB at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances made to the CNIB, Gibson Memorial United Church or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
