BARTON, CLARENCE CLIFFORD It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Clifford Barton of Flowers Cove, NB, which occurred Thursday, October 30th, 2008 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital while surround by his family Born in Minto, NB he was the son of Nora (Cormier) Gauthier (Alyre) of Minto, NB and Clifford Barton (Jean) of Ontario. Survived by his loving wife and best friend, Nellie Mae (McKiel) Barton; daughters, Shelley Spencer (Carl) of Cumberland Bay, NB and Sandra James (Michael) of Calgary, AB; sons, Johnny (Leigh - Ann) and Dale (Sue) both of Minto, NB; a brother, Ralph (Nancy) of Noonan, NB; sisters, Irene Marie Barton of Minto, NB and Christina Mae Morton (Gary) of Chipman, NB; 7 grandchildren, Travis and Tawni Barton, Adam Chisholm, Dillon Harrison, Jessica Scribner, Jason and Madison Egers; many nieces and nephews. Resting at the United Baptist Church of Minto, NB with visiting on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00 PM Sunday, November 2nd, 2008 with Pastor Phil Stiles officiating. Interment will take place in the Newcastle Bridge United Baptist Cemetery.
