ADAMS, VIOLET E. It is with great sadness that the family of Violet Adams announces her passing at Mill Cove Nursing Home at the age of 95 years. Violet was born in Tilley, NB, and was the daughter of the late Lewis and Hester (Brayall) St. Peter. She leaves to mourn one son, Ernest Pendrigh of Fredericton; daughter, Gail (Roy) Robertson of West Hill, ON; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; niece, Rena Adams of Fort Fairfield, Maine; nephew, John St. Peter of Prince George, BC and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Violet was predeceased by her brother, Fraser St. Peter and sister, Opal MacCausland and her niece, Marion Vasile. During her life, Violet was a member of St. Dunstan's Catholic Church and was part of the St. Dunstan's Catholic Women's League and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4 Ladies Auxillery. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Funeral Home, 160 York St. on Monday December 29th, 2008 from 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday December 30th, 2008 at 12:00 noon. Rev. Gerald M. White as celebrant. Interment will take place in the Hermitage Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
