JOUDRY, MARLENE MURIEL GLORIA Marlene Joudry passed away peacefully at the Sussex Health Center on December 27th, 2008 surrounded by her family. Born January 16th, 1941 in Liverpool, NS, she was the daughter of the late John and Muriel (Griffith) Rogers and wife to the late Joseph L. Joudry. Marlene is survived by her children, Debora (Charles) Kennedy of Charlottetown, PEI, Pamela (Darrell) Urquhart of Kars, NB and Robert (Carol) Joudry of Halifax, NS; grandchildren, Daniel and Donald Kennedy, Andrew (Pam) Urquhart, Carrie (Calvin) Munro, Sean, Catherine and Evan Joudry; seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Lucy Langille of Tatamagouche, NS, Carole (Roy) VanWart of Kars, NB and Roy Rogers of Saint John, NB as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph; her sisters, Edith Sutherland and Mary Thistle as well as her brothers, Eric, George, Harry, John, James, Maxwell and Patrick Rogers. There will be no visitation or service at this time. Interment is to take place at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery at a later date in the spring.
