NOVIX, ERNEST JOSEPH The death of Ernest Joseph Novix of Minto, NB occurred Wednesday, January 07, 2009 at the W. G. Bishop Nursing Home. Born in Grand Anse, NB on July 26th, 1918 he was the son of the late Thomas and Flora (Theriault) Novix. He joined the North Shire Regiment during the war and served for three years. Survived by a daughter, Lorraine DeBouver (Arthur) of Princess Park, NB; sons, Edward of Montreal, QC, Louis (Deanne) of Montreal, QC and Ernest (Fatima) of Chillwack, BC; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Ernest was predeceased by his wife Marguerite (Hersen) Novix; a daughter, Shirley Novix; an infant son Thomas; a brother Calixte Novix. A private graveside service will be held at Saint Michael and All Angel's Anglican Cemetery in the spring. www.mintofh.com
