MACDONALD, MURRAY ALBERT: October 14, 1921 - January 7, 2009 Murray passed away peacefully at Calderdale Royal Hospital Halifax, Yorkshire, England. Murray was born in Marysville (Brick Hill) son of the late Lorna & Phoebe (Banks) MacDonald. Murray served overseas with 104th BTY 7th A/T with his late brother Clair. They enlisted in 1940 and served in Normandy, the Continent and also Italy. Murray was a beloved husband of the late Lillian (Sunderland) MacDonald devoted dad to Eileen (Dougie) Bland, much loved Grandad Graham (Pam) Ackroydm Gayle (Peter) Doyle, Great grand dad of Helena, Nathan, Katie and late Jacob. A loving brother to Glaidus (MacDonald) Clark and late brother-in-law Fred (Rita) Sunderland. Service and cremation at Park Wood Crematorium England, Halifax Yorkshire on Monday January 19 at 1PM.
