WHEATON, SARAH "SALLY" BERNICE It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Sally Wheaton, of Fredericton on January 29th, 2009, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born in Springfield NB, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Mazerolle) McGrath and wife of the late Donald Wheaton. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. The last surviving member of her immediate family, Sally loved to step dance and had a good sense of humor. A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by son Kevin Wheaton of Fredericton; daughter Donna of Moncton; two grandchildren Monique and Stefan; two great grandchildren, Caley and Chad; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Franklin McGrath; sisters Mona Goodine, Norah Williams, Josephine O'Connor and Edna Jones. Visitation will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Friday, January 30, 2009 from 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Monte Peters officiating. Interment at a later date.
