BREEN, MARY REBECCA It is with great sadness that the family of Mary R. Breen of Fredericton, announce her passing peacefully at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital, on March 6th, 2009. Born in Burtts Corner, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Myrtle (Jones) Daye. Mary was a member of Grace Memorial United Baptist Church, former member of the 2nd Chipman United Baptist Church and a member of L.O.B.A.#33. Surviving are her husband, Norman Breen; children, Sandra (Terry) of Salisbury, Rev. Randy (Elizabeth) of Annapolis Royal, Dana (Barb) of Brampton, Joanne (Bill) of Fredericton, Lowell (Debbie) of Durham Bridge, Jocelyn (Russell) of Saint John, Vicky (Calvin) of Brandon, Glen (Wendy) of Kapuskassing, and Regan (Linda) of Napanee; 17 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters Gladys of Cornwall, Helen (Freeman) of Burtts Corner and Madolyn (Angust) of Fredericton; stepchildren Maureen Jean Breen, Heather Gayle McFadgen both of Fredericton, Brian Howard Breen of Grand Bay, Bruce Edward Breen of Barrie, and Michael Norman Breen of Hudson; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first husband Lloyd Legassie; sister Shirley; brothers Orlo and Wayne. Visitation will be held on Sunday March 8th, 2009 at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Rd. from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will be held from Grace Memorial United Baptist Church on Monday March 9th, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Doug Hapeman officiating. Interment at a later date.
