PAULINE WILSON

WILSON, PAULINE Pauline Wilson, wife of the late Clyde Wilson, of Burtt's Corner, NB, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on March 9, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on February 4, 1926 in Lockeport, NS, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Nellie (Anderson) MacKenzie. Pauline is survived by her daughter, Ruth; three sons, Thomas, Timothy (Joyce) and Joel (Trina); nine grandchildren, Billy, Wendy, Andrew, Nicole, Melissa, Amanda, Christine, Jeremy and Kristy; 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Estella Williams; brothers, Basil and Russell MacKenzie and her son-in-law, Donald Measor. Pauline worked as a nurse at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax for eight years. Pauline served her Saviour, Jesus Christ, along side her husband at the McLeod Hill Assembly of Christians. She was a blessing and a great encouragement to all who knew her and she will be greatly missed by all, especially her family whom she loved so dearly. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from McLeod Hill Assembly of Christians, McLeod Hill, NB on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 2 pm with Mr. Wade LeBlanc officiating. Interment will take place in Burtt's Corner Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice.
