SABATTIS, JOSEPH DAVID MICHAEL ALOYSUIS It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Sabattis of Oromocto First Nation announce his passing on March 28, 2009, in Springhill, NS at the age of 19. Born in Fredericton, he was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church. Joseph worked as a labourer on the Oromocto First Nation. Survived by his mother Sarah (Josh); father Paul (Charlene); daughter Haily; special friend Anna Meyers; brothers Kieshon and Kendall; sister Sasha; grandparents Janice Sabattis, Brian Keenan, Herbie and Sharon Colburne; great grandparents David and Estella Keenan; god parents Margaret Stennitt and Brian Sabattis; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Predeceased by his great grand parents Levi and Janie Sabattis. Visitation will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 19 Hiawatha Court, Oromocto First Nation beginning at 2:00 PM on Wednesday. Funeral service will be held Friday from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ken Weir officiating. Interment at a later date. Pallbearers will be Nik, Stephan, Kendall, Jonathan, Levi and Kevin.
