KNORR, MARGARET LOUISE (SHIPTON) It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Margaret Louise (Shipton) Knorr of Hoyt NB, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on April 13, 2009 at the age of 71. Margaret is survived by her husband Walter Knorr, one daughter Sharon (Darrell) Shannon of Fredericton, three sons: Jim Knorr (Dawn) of Beaver Dam, Harold Knorr (Connie) of Hoyt, David Knorr (Shelley) of Hoyt; two sisters: Florence Reid (Hubert) of Fredericton Junction, and Janet Paquin (Claude) of Fayetteville, Georgia; seven grandchildren: Kristin (Vernon Banks), Jeffrey, Emily, Samantha, Jennifer, Courtney, Cody and special family friend Austin; four nephews: Claude and Jeffery Paquin, Nevin and Nathan Reid. Margaret was a member of St. Luke's Anglican Church and was employed at White Rapids Manor for 18 years in food services. She was a devoted home maker to her family, who enjoyed cooking and gardening and Margaret was an avid quilter. She is predeceased by her parents Marion and Sidney Shipton, brother-in-law Marshall Knorr, and her beloved dog Susie. Relatives and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home for visitations on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Hoyt, NB on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 2:00 pm with Bishop Lemmon officiating. Internment to follow in the St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery.
