AUSTIN, JOHN N. The passing of John N. Austin of Woodstock, NB, husband of Jean (Nicholas) Austin, occurred on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Born on September 5, 1935 in Glamorgan, Wales, he was the son of the late Raymond and Edith May Austin. In addition to his wife, John is survived by his daughters, Christina L. MacDonald (Matthew) of Fredericton, NB and Amanda J. Dorcas (Steven) of Woodstock, NB; son, John R. Austin (Linda) of Florida, USA; five grandchildren, Adam Dorcas of Australia, Nicholas Dorcas of Fredericton, NB, Alexander MacDonald of PEI, Jean MacDonald and Calum MacDonald both of Fredericton, NB. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev. Bob Jones officiating.
