GILMORE, JOAN ELIZABETH The passing of Joan Elizabeth Gilmore of Keswick Ridge, NB, occurred on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on November 1, 1934 in Keswick Ridge, NB, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary "Susie" (Sloat) Gilmore. Joan was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #4. She served with the Royal Canadian Air Force from 1952 - 1954. Joan is survived by her Daughter, Debbie (Phillip) Edmondson of Keswick Ridge, NB; Grandsons, Curtis (Christine) Edmondson and Darren (Kelly Moore) Edmondson; Great Grandchildren, Asher and Claire Edmondson; Sisters, Gwen Burns of Oromocto, NB and Gerry Merrithew of Toronto, ON; and Brother, Mike (Alma) Gilmore of Fredericton, NB. She is predeceased by an infant son, and Brother, Pat Gilmore. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral service will take place at All Saints Anglican Church in Keswick Ridge, NB, on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at 2pm with The Venerable John T. Sharpe officiating.
