Log cabins, outhouses, wood sculpture and cars, he'll fix it all: his, yours and ours. Bird watcher, cat burglar, turtle catcher, too bad for the grouse hunters they can't run faster. A choral force, singing loud, punning rhymes to make us proud. Untied shoes and hat askew, New Brunswicker, loved his canoe. Québécois Canadien, repeat pond hockey champienne. Everything a place in a cardboard box, friend to the birds, deer, bunnies and fox. Teacher mentor dock-ter, Poppa, do you sing? Well you oughta. Eager environmentalist, off trail adventure enthusiast. Birdhouse and chimney builder, outhouse designer, no jack O'lanterns will ever be finer. Coiffurer to granddaughters, always tinkering, understanding "Smith-o-glyphics" can take above average thinking. A dog at his feet, bandaid on hand, his garden and beans are so very grand. Hard to fit in a list, loved by all, he'll be missed. www.flewellingswan.com
