MYRTLE ISABELLA PALMER
PALMER, MYRTLE ISABELLA Mrs. Myrtle Isabella Palmer, widow of Percy Palmer of Central New Brunswick Nursing home, formally of Ludlow passed away Monday morning June 22nd, 2009, at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, at the age of 84. Born in Ludlow NB, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Gladys (Price/McCarthy) Pond. She was a homemaker and a member of the United Baptist Church in Ludlow. She is survived by one daughter Becky Porter of Doaktown; one son; John Palmer of Ludlow; two sisters; Margaret Granter (Scott) of Burton NB; Mary Munn (Hedley) of Saint John, NB; one brother; James McCarthy (Nancy) of Fredericton NB; nine grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild. Besides her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two daughters; Willa Jonah and Joan Harding; one infant son Vernon and two sons-in-law Bobby Porter and Gerald Jonah. Mrs. Myrtle Isabella Palmer is resting at Davidson's Funeral Home 579 Main Street, Doaktown with visitation on Wednesday from 6 pm to 8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 2 pm from Davidson's Funeral Home Chapel, Doaktown, with Rev Russell Morehouse officiating. Burial will follow in Ludlow Baptist Cemetery.
