MCMULLIN, D. IRENE The passing of D. Irene McMullin of Magaguadavic Settlement, NB, wife of the late Roland McMullin occurred Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 2, 1921 in Magaguadavic, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Dorothy (Webb) Jamieson. Irene is survived by her daughter, Hope MacMullin of Fredericton, NB; sons, Rev. William MacMullin (Anne) of Fredericton, NB, Pastor John MacMullin (Mona) of Christie Ridge, NB and George MacMullin (Mary McMahon) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer and David MacMullin; sister, Roxie Jamieson of McAdam, NB; brother, Carl Jamieson (Barbara) of Sheffield, NB and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Irene was predeceased by her sister, Myrna Magee; brothers, Dr. Robert, Ivan, Raymond and Evans Jamieson. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Friday, July 17, 2009 from 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Christ Church Parish Church (Westmorland and Charlotte) on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 11 am. Reception will follow funeral service in church hall. Interment will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery, Magaguadavic on Saturday at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
