SMITH, GLEN WAYNE It is with great sadness that the family of Wayne Smith announces his passing at Wauklehegan Manor, McAdam, NB on July 18, 2009. Born on August 24, 1943 at Manners Sutton, NB he was the son of Fred and Margaret (Kingston) Smith. Wayne was born with cerebral palsy and spent most of his life confined to a wheelchair. He loved to go to church to sing and clap his hands and worship. He also loved family visits, his birthday parties and going home for Christmas. He loved his sister Barb (Bubbie) who spent many devoted hours with him. Wayne is survived by his brothers, Donnie (Wanda) of McAdam, NB, George (Alice) of Weston, On, Paul (Roberta) of Saint John, NB; his sisters, Connie Eales of Milo, Me., Barb Swan (Russell) of McAdam, NB, Mona McMullen(John) of Harvey, NB and Judy Lord of McAdam, NB and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Wayne was predeceased by his brothers- in- law, Robert Eales and Roland Hamilton. Resting at the Voice of Pentecost Church, 82 Harvey Rd., McAdam, NB from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 2:30 PM with Rev. Steven Thompkins officiating. Visiting hours will be held at the church on Monday, July 20, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Interment in Harvey Cemetery, Harvey, NB.
