BURLINGAME, ROBERT LEROY "BOB" The passing of Robert Leroy "Bob" Burlingame of Fredericton, NB, husband of Charlene (Hawksley) Burlingame occurred on Wednesday, August 5th, 2009 at the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, NS. Born on November 28th, 1946 in Syracuse, NY, he was the son of Anson Burlingame and the late Glenna (Wilson) Burlingame. Bob was an entrepreneur, an orderly at the Stan Cassidy Center and also owned a silk screening business. With Charlene, he attained a top leadership level in Mannatech. Bob enjoyed music; he played guitar and sang with the "Tribute Country Gospel Band". Bob loved to spend time with his family and friends. In addition to his wife, Charlene, Bob is survived by his daughter, Donna Robinson (Don) of Fredericton, NB; sons, Chris and Robbie at home; granddaughter, Savannah; sisters, Christine Vizzo of CT, Terry Nelson (Phillip) of Alabama, Bonnie Demming (Garry) of NY and Cherrie Lyndren of Georgia; brother, Reginald Burlingame (Ellie) of Glensfalls, NY; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday, August 9th, 2009 from 2 to 4 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, August 10th, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev. Kevin Culberson and Rev. Richard Bragdon officiating. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
