BATHAUER, TIMOTHY WARREN The death of Timothy W. Bathauer of Kelly's Creek occurred peacefully at his home Friday, August 21st of heart failure. He was born in Fredericton on Feb 6th, 1965. Tim is survived by his mother, Joyce and brother, Frank L. Gallagher both of New Port Richey, Fla., his son, Brennan, of Maryland; aunts, Tanya (Wayne) Mcknight of St. Stephen, Marnaca (Garrie) Lambert of Grand Lake; uncles, Larry (Marilyn) Calhoun of Keswick Ridge, Dwight Calhoun of Toronto; a niece, Lisa Marie (Joel) Hay of Nashwaak Village; longtime friend and confidant Jane Buckley. He was predeceased by his father, Dieter Bathauer; his maternal grandparents, Lewis and Ruby Calhoun and great grandparents, Walter and Nina Gallagher; an uncle and cousin, Paul and Darren Kelly. Tim was an avid hunter and sportsman. His hobbies included playing the board game Risk and caring for his salt water tank fish. One of his greatest joys was feeding the deer in his front yard and spending time with his neighbours, friends and family. He also had a soft spot for his cats which truly enjoyed Tim's affection and love. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 2 pm at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kingsclear Kilburn Community Cemetery or to the charitable organization of the donor's choice.
