VENO, JOSEPH "GERALD" Mr. Joseph "Gerald" Veno, husband of Nancy (Corey) Veno of Route 108 Blissfield, passed away Friday evening at Dr. George Dumont Hospital, at the age of 60. Born in Blissfield NB, he is the son of Ralph and Priscilla (Kervin) Veno. He was a Forest Ranger for Dept. of Natural Resources and a member of Miramichi Valley Church in New Bandon. Besides his wife and his parents, he is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Sellars (Kraig) of Ottawa, ON; one step daughter, Melanie Morgan (Fred McCullough) of Keswick; two step sons, Corey Yerxa of Keswick, Jesse Yerxa (Pam) of Okotoks, AB; one sister, Linda Watson (Vemrose) of Hazelton, five brothers, John (Gail) of Doaktown, Pat (Bonnie) of Blissfield, Tommy (Ruth Ann) of Upper Blackville, Darrell (Paula) of Whitney, Charlie of Weaver Siding; one grandson, Jaxen Sellars of Ottawa; two step grandsons, Brandon Pugh and Austin Morgan of Keswick; three step granddaughters, Michaela and amber Pug of Keswick and Sierra Yerxa of Okotoks, AB. Joseph "Gerald" Veno is resting at Miramichi Valley Church in New Bandon, with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 2 pm from Miramichi Valley Church, with Pastor David Storey officiating. At the request of the family donations to Canadian Cancer Society, NB Kidney Foundation or Miramichi Valley Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
