LYONS, NORMAN A. "AUD" Norman A. "Aud" Lyons, husband of Laura "Jean" (Palmer) Lyons, passed away September 30, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital at the age of 81. He was born in McNamee, NB, in 1928, lifetime resident of NB. Predeceased by parents, Burt and Grace (Jewett); brother, George; sister, Margaret. Survived by daughter, Susan (Ray) of Ontario; son, Stephen (Kim) Duffield; grandson, Wayne Parker (Jessica Logan); great grandchildren, Kylie and Kyle; brother, Percy of Prince George, BC; nieces, Stacey and Kathy and their families also from BC; sister, Marjorie (Doug) Dunphy of Fredericton; niece, Angela; nephew, Geoff and their families of Fredericton; sisters-in-law, Betty (Edison) Palmer and Thelma (Palmer) Carson; brothers-in-law, Murray Palmer (Tina Hayes), Charlie McMillan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special friend to the family, Brenda Sharpe. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 2 pm with Rev. Tom Townsend officiating. Interment will take place at Ludlow United Baptist Church Cemetery.
