PUGSLEY, HAZEN FREDERICK The death of Hazen Frederick Pugsley, of Lower Cambridge, NB, occurred on October 7, 2009, at the age of 88 years. He was born at Central Cambridge, now in the Village of Cambridge-Narrows and was the son of the late Fred and Bessie (Rees) Pugsley. Hazen is survived his wife, Lillian (Chapman) Pugsley; son, Philip and Frances of Quispamsis; his grandchildren, Matthew (Julie), Devin (Meaghan and their daughter, Norah), Laura and Brent; sister, Gwendolyn Monahan of Hampton; several nieces and nephews. Predeceasing him were his brothers, Walter and Clair; sisters, Nellie Thorne, Doris Coleman, Edna MacDonald, Marion Thorne and Evelyn Black. He is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visitation on Friday from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm. The funeral will be held from First Cambridge Baptist Church, Cambridge-Narrows, NB (MacDonald's Corner just off Lower Cambridge Road) on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the First Cambridge Baptist Cemetery, or the memorial of the donor's choice.
