
FRANCIS "FRANK" FULTON LOGUE
LOGUE, FRANCIS "FRANK" FULTON Francis "Frank" Logue 85 of Fredericton, NB, died at home in Halifax, NS on Monday, November 2nd, 2009. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late George and Clementine (Fulton) Logue. He attended local schools graduating from Saint John High School in 1941, after which he enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force and is a Veteran of WWII having served in Costal Command. Upon retiring from active duty, he was employed by J. Clark and Son in Saint John and transferred to Fredericton in 1955. He became comptroller of ADI Limited in 1960 and retired from there after 30 years of service in 1990. Frank has been active in curling, golf, snowmobiling, and fishing and hunting and has enjoyed many hours with family and friends at "The Camp". Frank was conferred a life membership by Dominion Command of the Royal Canadian Legion. He has been very active in Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 4, serving on various committees. He has been a long standing member of Grace Memorial Congregation and served on various boards. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Jean (McFarlane) Logue; one son, Stephen Logue (Margaret) of Constance Bay, ON; one daughter, Susan Logue of Halifax, NS; grandchildren, Scott, Burley, Jonathan Burley and Jocelyn Logue; two great-grandchildren, Ali Rae Burley Cameron Francis Burley; one brother, Kenneth Logue (Jean) of Saint John, NB. Predeceased by his parents; sons, David and Richard; one brother, Ottis Logue; one sister, Esther Constantine (Fred). Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Friday, November 6th, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm. The Royal Canadian Legion will hold a tribute service on Friday evening at 7:00 pm. The funeral service will be held in the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 7th, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Doug Hapeman will officiate. Interment will be in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery Extension at a later date.
