BISHOP, EDITH PHYLLIS The death of Edith Phyllis Bishop of Upper Salmon Creek, NB occurred Sunday, November 8, 2009 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born in Holtville, NB she was the daughter of the late Oral and Jessie (Carson) Munn. Survived by six sisters, Mary Ann White of Marysville, NB, Flora Pollock (Russell) of Chipman, NB, Beatrice Boies of Marysville, NB, Hazel Hiscock (Ed) of Ottawa, ON, Ellen Lein of Surrey, BC, Iva Savage of Marysville, NB; a brother John Munn (Elvie) of Holtville, NB; a brother-in-law, Bob Bishop of Salmon Creek; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Edith was predeceased by her husband, Hazen Bishop; brother, Jim Munn; sister, Eva McKinley; two infant brothers; an infant sister. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from the United Baptist Church, Upper Salmon Creek, NB with Pastor Jim McLellan officiating.
