ARTHURS - SNOW, TRACY (NÉE KEENAN) It is with great sadness that the family of Tracy (Keenan) Arthurs-Snow announces her sudden passing on November 11th, 2009 in Jemseg, NB. Born April 7th, 1969 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of Fay (Sabattis) Keenan and the late Donald Keenan. She was a loving spouse to Russell Snow of Jemseg, NB. Tracy is survived by her husband, Russell; her children, Natasha, Tyler and A.J. all of Jemseg, NB and Alan of Fredericton, NB; her siblings, Charlotte (Shawn) of Maugerville, NB, David of Oromocto, NB, Kevin and Talon of Maugerville, NB; nieces and nephews, Michael, Jenah, Leigha, Kayla, Jacob and Hannah; Russell's mother, Alice Frenette; his father, Roy Snow; Tracy's father, Burtt Gabriel and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Visitation will be held at Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home on Friday, November 13th, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Saturday, November 14th, 2009 at 11:00 am with Fr. Ken Weir as celebrant.
