CLOSE, PERCY STEWART Percy S. Close of Harvey Station, NB passed away November 27, 2009 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Percy was born at Devon, NB in 1923, a son of the late Lee and Gladys (Ferris) Close. He is survived by his children, Edward Close (Shirley), Harvey Station, Leroy Close (Krista), Riverview, NB, Donald Close (Claudette), Harvey Station, Murray Close, Harvey Station, Mae Close (Ken), Fords Mills, NB, Garnet Close, Harvey Station, Carol Lockhart (Brian), Marguerite Close, Maxine Close (Wayne), all of Moncton, NB, Brian Close, Fredericton, NB and a step-daughter, Nancy Nason, Harvey Station; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Percy was predeceased by his wife, Viola (Webber) Close in March of 2009, a sister June Close and an infant sister. Funeral service will be held at Swan Funeral Home, 1826 Highway 3, Harvey Station on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 2 pm with Pastor Hollis Clark officiating.
