MCGOWAN, ANDREW Passed away at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute on Sunday, December 6, 2009. Mr. Andrew McGowan of Toronto, formerly Simcoe in his 96th year. Son of the late Andrew and Sophie McGowan and much beloved husband of Ruby (nee Lord). He is survived by his children: Frank and his wife Brigitte of France, David of Toronto, Mary McGowan of Toronto and Isobel McGowan of Denver Co. Also surviving are his three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. McGowan was predeceased by his grandson, Quentin Delgado; brothers: William, John and Robert; and his sister, Marion Smith. All funeral arrangements are private.
