HELPS, ILSE A service to commemorate the life of Ilse Helps, the German lady who rode the bike in Oromocto and volunteered at the Thrift Shop, passed away November 20, will be held at St. Luke's Chapel at CFB Gagetown 2:30 pm Thursday, December 10.
