MCCAFFERTY, MICHAEL R. Michael Robert McCafferty, born February 7, 1951 in Toronto, Ontario, formerly of Lincoln, NB passed away at Regina, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the age of 58. Michael will be lovingly remembered by his wife Helene; son, Nicholas; daughter, Sarah all of Regina; his mother, Helena McCafferty of Lincoln, NB; two brothers, Frank of Fredericton, NB and John of Lincoln, NB; three sisters, Dorothy Caldwell (Robert) of Penniac, NB, Sandra Hargrove (Dwayne) of Lincoln, NB and Helen Drummond (Edward) of Angus, Ontario; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Frank McCafferty and brother, David McCafferty. No visitation. A service of remembrance for Michael Robert McCafferty will be held from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 12:00 Noon. Rev. Monte Peters will officiate. Interment in the Hermitage Cemetery at a later date. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Michael would be appreciated by the family.
