SHANNON, TERRY KEITH The passing of Terry Shannon, of Fredericton, NB, husband of Bonnie Wishart occurred on Friday, December 25, 2009 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 7, 1962 he was a son of Keith and Alberta (Price) Shannon. Terry loved being around people, this was very evident through his daily interaction as a cab driver. He worked about 20 years most recently with George's Taxi. He was also passionate about hockey, especially the UNB Varsity Reds. Terry and Bonnie followed the team very closely for several years working in the concession booth. In addition to his wife, Terry is survived by his son, Brandon and his wife Sarah (Crain) Wishart of Fredericton, NB; an aunt and several uncles. Terry was predeceased by his sister, Novalee Anderson. There will be no visitation by request of the family. A Memorial Service will be held from Cross Point Wesleyan Church, Fredericton, NB on Monday, December 28, 2009 at 2 pm with Pastor Conard Symonds officiating. Interment will take place in the Olivet Church Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Oncology Unit at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.
