MERRITT, WINIFRED FANNIE - Winifred Fannie Merritt of Newbridge passed away at Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock on Friday, December 28, 2001, at the age of 83. Winifred is survived by one daughter, Linda Keeler and her husband Nathanael of Newbridge, NB; one son Clarence Merritt of Woodstock, NB; one brother Oran Burpee and his wife Lemmy of Hamilton, ON; one sister Laura McCormick and her husband Roland of Barrington, NS; two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Ward and Emma (Robertson) Burpee and her husband G. Reginald Merritt. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB. With visiting on Sunday, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 2:00 pm from The Scott Chapel.
