Son of the late Arthur H. and Agnes M. (Carson) McFarlane of St. Andrews, NB. Survived by two sons, Gary McFarlane (Lorraine) of Melville, Saskatoon, Dale McFarlane (Kelly) of Moores Mills, NB, one daughter, Susan Embleton (Trent) of Valley Road, St. Stephen, NB, seven grandchildren, Jason, Jaclyn & Jennifer Embleton, David, Jessica and Connor McFarlane and Tyler Way. Predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Dorothy Avis (Jackson) McFarlane. No visitation will be held by request. Funeral Service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB (506-466-1844) on Friday, January 11, 2002 at 2 PM with Rev. Peter Mills officiating. Interment at St. Stephen Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Palliative Care, Hospice of Charlotte, Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
