MORTON, LLOYD DAVID - Lloyd David Morton, age 88, died peacefully at Victoria Glen Manor nursing home, Perth-Andover, NB on Monday, April 8, 2002. Born on January 9, 1914 at West Branch, Kent County, NB, he was the son of the late Smith Morton and Mae McLeod. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 63 years Kathleen (Ellis) Morton and children Winnifred (Charles Cameron) of Fredericton, Winston (Isabel Hargrove) of Beechwood, Allan (Sandra Hutton) of Grand Bay, Karen (Greg Peacock) of Lakelands, NS, Dale (Carolyn Canam) of Bedford, Amber (David Ashworth) of McLaughlin Road, Bonnie of Fredericton, Darlene (Robert LaFrance) of Kincardine, Darwin (Marie Zaworski) of Spruce Grove, Alberta, Blair (Annette Tweedie) of Kincardine, 25 grandchildren - Curtis, Kelly, Matthew, Michelle, Craig, Connie, Bradley, Tim, Heather, Tara, Janet, Sean, Melissa, Mark, Shannon, Lindsay, Wyatt, Heath, Kate, Marjorie, Kinley, Rachel, Nathan, Chelsea, and Connor, 11 great-grandchildren - Ryan, Jenelle, Jamie, Coady, Drew, Brock, Christian, Nicholas, Landon, Cameron, and Callum, and dozens of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters Ruby Phillips, Eva Hicks, Bertha Morton, Mildred Girvan, Laura MacLean, Edna Palmer, and one brother, Charlie Morton. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers Earl and Carmen and sister Marion. Visitation will be at White's Funeral Home, Perth-Andover on Thursday, April 11, 2002 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Melville United Church, Kincardine, NB Friday, April 12, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Martin Carnahan presiding.
