BROOKS, EDITH - Mrs. Edith Brooks, of Sussex, passed away on April 21, at the age of 103. She was the wife of the late Senator Alfred J. Brooks who passed away in 1967, the loving mother of Kenneth M. Brooks of Sussex, and Dr. Alfred J. Brooks (Donna) of Mississauga, Ontario, and sister of Helen Sansom of Moncton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Friday evening from 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 27, 2002 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Kirk Hill Cemetery.
