SMITH, BERTRAM ALLISON - Bertram Allison Smith, 87, of Grand Manan, N.B. passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital Monday morning, April 22nd, 2002. Born in Woodwards Cove, he was the son of the Late Freeman and Moranda (Duley) Smith of Woodwards Cove, N.B. Mr. Smith was employed in the Smoked Herring Industry as a smoker until he retired. He was a member of the Immanuel Pentecostal Assembly, Grand Manan. Mr. Smith is survived by one son Craig Smith (Doris) of North Head, one sister Ena Wilson of Woodwards Cove, N.B., two grand children Robert and Carla Smith at home. He was predeceased by two brothers Reginald and Preston, and one sister Helen. Funeral arrangements to be announced at a later time.
