BELYEA, RONALD MANFORD - The death of Ronald M. Belyea, Norton, NB, occurred at the Sussex Health Centre, on Sunday, May 5, 2002 following a brief illness. He was in his 92nd year. Born at Wickham, NB, Ronald was son of the late Gilbert and Zillah (MacAlpine) Belyea. He was husband of the late Mildred (Jones) Belyea, whom he married, April 20, 1932. Ronald is survived by two daughters; Edythe Laskey, Rothesay and Marilyn and Sean McMahon, Guelph ON, one son; Vernon and Corrine Belyea, Norton, fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one sister Muriel Davis, Sussex, and two brothers; Laurence and Muriel Belyea, Apohaqui, and George and Doreen Belyea, Wickham. Several nephews, nieces and cousins. Pre-deceased by grandson, Kevin McMahon, sisters Ida Belyea, Ella Dewitt, and Verna Mersereau, and brothers Ervine and Ernest Belyea. The family will receive relatives and friends at Sherwood's Funeral Home, 18 Scovil Road, Norton, (839-2156), Thursday, from 7 - 9 PM.
