PECK, RHETA M.- The death of Mrs. Rheta Maude Peck, formerly of Wellesley Avenue, Saint John, wife of the late Vernon George Peck, occurred on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, at the Great Oaks Special Care Home, MacDonald's Point, NB. Born in Browns Flat, NB, she was the daughter of the late William and Lillian (Francis) Cochrane. Mrs. Peck was a member of Portland United Church. She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Hicks of Saint John, two grandchildren, Cheryl Appleby (Kenneth) and Reginald Hicks and two great grandchildren, Chelsea and Kyle Appleby. By request, there will be no visiting at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Saint John on Wednesday, May 8, 2002 at 2:30 PM.
