HAYWARD, DOUGLAS RODERICK - Mr. Douglas Roderick Hayward, of Sussex, NB, passed away at his residence on June 7, 2002. Douglas is survived by his longtime companion Helen McGaghey, by his daughters, Carolyn (Mel), Judy Lane (Kerry), Ella Melvin (Ralph), Alice Hayward (Donnie) Sharon (Mike), Ethel, his sons, Robert (Hannah), Kenneth (Barbara), David (Karen), Ronald and Jimmy, several grandchildren, great grandchildren. Douglas was predeceased by his son Douglas. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where the family will be receiving relatives and friends on Sunday 2-4, 7-9. The Royal Canadian Legion Sussex Branch # 20 will hold a Tribute Sunday at 6:45 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Monday, June 10, 2002 at 2:00 pm.
