MICHAUD, LAURE ANNE - At the Tobique Valley Hospital, Plaster Rock, June 6, 2002, Mrs. Laure Anne Michaud of Drummond passed away at the age of 83 years. She was the wife of Clovis Michaud and had been a resident of Tobique Valley Manor, Plaster Rock. Born at Drummond in 1919, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Sophie (Michaud) Pelletier. She is survived by her husband, six daughters, Jeannine Hebert (Martin) of Grand Falls, Geraldine Bouchard (Lionel) of Plymouth, Connecticut, Marise Ouellette (Jean) of Drummond, Venette Lebel (Gerald) of Grand Falls, Dorina Ressler (Richard) of Summer Hill, Pennsylvania and Yvette Pelletier (Montcalm) of Drummond, two sons, Adelbert (Lina) and Rejean (Diane) of Drummond, daughter-in-law, Lucille Michaud of Drummond, one sister, Anna Martin of Caribou, Maine, 23 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one son, Gerald. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 p.m. Her funeral will be held Monday at 4:15 p.m. from the Saint-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond, with Father Ivan Theriault officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
