RAHN, DANIEL JOSEPH - On June 15, 2002, Staff Sergeant, Daniel Joseph Rahn of St. Albert, Alberta, passed away at the age of 55 years. Daniel is survived by his loving wife Jewel of 33 years, son Mark and Tammy of Calgary, two grandchildren Benjamin and Olivia, his mother Gertrude Rahn of Saint John, NB, two brothers Jonathan and Gayle MacDonald-Rahn of Fredericton, NB, Gerald and Margaret Rahn of Saint John, NB, two sisters Barbara (Gordon) MacKinnon and Jane Rahn, also of Saint John, NB. He was predeceased by his father Oliver in 1990. Dan was an active member of the RCMP for 36 years, most recently with K Division in Edmonton. A funeral service was held on Friday, June 21st, 2002, at 2 p.m. in St. Albert. There will be memorial service for Daniel at St. Bridget's Church on the Kingston Peninsula on Wednesday, the 26th of June, 2002 at 7 p.m. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
