STEWART, DOUGLAS L.- The death of Mr. Douglas Leonard Stewart of Gagetown Nursing Home, occurred on Sunday, June 23, 2002 at his residence. Born in Saint John, on August 29, 1950, he was the son of Wilfred Douglas Stewart of Welsford, and the late Dorothea Mary (Muir) Stewart. Besides his father and step-mother, Wilfred and Doris M. (Murphy) Stewart, he is survived by two brothers, Robin Wilfred Stewart and John Grant Stewart (Theresa), both of Saint John, two sisters, Laverne Dorothea Corbett (Robert) of Gagetown, NB and Donna Elizabeth Blanchard (Marc) of Quispamsis, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and one great nephew. By request, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the Gagetown Nursing Home in July at a day and time to be announced.
