SHEEHAN, EDWARD JAMES - At his residence Veazey Street, St. Stephen, N.B., on Sunday, July 14, 2002, Edward James Sheehan, son of the late J. Edward and Helen (Walsh) Sheehan. Survived by his wife Doreen (Quigley) Sheehan; three sons James Edward of Toronto, Joseph Michael (Nadine) of Dartmouth, N.S., Jeffrey Thomas (Laurie Ann) of Burnaby, B.C.; grandson Simon Ernest Sheehan of B.C.; two sisters Marjorie Lennox, London, Ont, Ann (Harry) Herbert, Penobsquis, N.B.; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ed was a teacher and Vice Principal at St. Stephen High School for many years. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Union Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Wednesday, July 17, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Paul Riley officiating. Visiting will be held at The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd. (506-466-1844), 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. On Monday, July 15, 2002 from 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, July 16, 2002, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Cancer Fund, Heart and Stroke Association, or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
