41, Baddeck It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Duncan Roger MacKinnon, Monday, June 23, 2008, at his home in Halifax. Born in Neil’s Harbour, May 1, 1967, he was the son of Peter Dan and Catherine MacKinnon. He is survived by his two sons, Joshua and Zachery, and his daughter, Hope; brothers, Junior (Stacey), Violet (David) Donovan, Alex (Shaunna) Liston, Clifford (Alice), Arthur (Sherry) and Jason (Chrissy). He is also survived by his 19 nieces and 11 nephews. He will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Graveside service Thursday, July 3 at Greenwood Cemetery, Baddeck, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Louis Ihasz officiating. Donations in Roger’s memory may be made to a charity of choice. Arrangements are under the direction of MacAskill Funeral Home, Baddeck.
