(nee Tuff) "Mom Miller" Born in Ochre Pit Cove and during her long and wonderful life, lived in St. John's, Bell Island, Kelligrews, Masonic Park and recently at Glenbrook Lodge, where she passed peacefully away in her 101st year, surrounded by her loving and devoted family on Monday, June 30, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband Harold "Dusty" Miller; her son Bill and son-in-law Michael Galway. Left to celebrate her life and give thanks for all the love, inspiration and cherished memories she gave us are her daughters: Juliette Galway (late Michael) of St. John's, Shirley Miller of Kingston, Ont. and Carol Crane (Ron) of Georgetown, Ont.; grandchildren: Derek Galway (Mary), Christopher Galway (Rhonda), Michelle (Galway) Parai (Milton), Marvin Miller, Greg Miller (Faith), Corette Miller, Christine (Yetman) Cairns, Paul Yetman (Melinda), Jill Yetman (David), Trevor Crane (Cheri) and Leah Crane; great-grandchildren: Michael and Shannon Galway, Liam Breen-Galway, Jordan Skopleanos, Mitchell Cairns, Zachery Yetman and Tessa Crane; and also many other friends and relatives. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Friday, July 4, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
